Corrections and removals

Removal is free and needs no reason. A request from an address on the company's own domain takes the record down. Anything from another address still gets acted on. It just takes longer, up to {CORRECTION TURNAROUND}, because this site checks who is asking before it deletes somebody else's listing. Corrections work the same way: send the right value plus a page on your own site where it can be read, to {CONTACT EMAIL}.

A stale UN approval number or a discontinued liner format goes to the front of the queue, since a buyer who orders on the old one finds out at the freight desk. Every change to a record is logged with the date it was made and that log sits on the record where a reader can see it. A record corrected after a complaint shows the date it changed and nothing about who complained.
